RegistrationADVANCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED Important information about the conference fees, methods of payment, confirmation, cancellation and refund policy is given below. Please, read it carefully. All amounts are in Euro and include 25 % VAT. SCOPE Meetings Ltd.(the official local conference organizer of CIRP 2011) will treat your personal data such as name, address and e-mail as specified by the data protection law in Hungary. SCOPE Kft. is entitled to use these and to securely pass them along to third parties, should this be necessary in order to carry out a sales contract. Your personal data will for no other purposes under no circumstances be passed on to third parties. Information and credit card transactions are processed through the secure web site of K&H Bank. The registration fees are determined by the date the payment is made, not the date of registration. * Each invited guest and accompanying person should indicate the name of the delegate that they are accompanying. METHODS OF PAYMENTPayments shall be made in Euro to SCOPE Ltd. by one of the following procedures. 1. Credit card 1.1. On-line payment: EuroCard/MasterCard, and Visa will be accepted. 1.2. Mail order/off-line payment: EuroCard/MasterCard and VISA Classic will be accepted. When registering on-line, you authorise the Scope Meetings Ltd. (CIRP 2011 General Assembly Local Secretariat) to charge your credit card using the Credit Card Form. (rtf., pdf.) 2. Please, instruct your bank to carry out the transactions "Free of charge for the recipient". Any bank fees incurred will be charged to the respective participant. While making the bank transfer, please, remember to indicate your name. CONFIRMATIONThe registration will be completed and confirmation will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of payment. Please, bring the confirmation with you to the conference for presentation at the registration desk. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSRegistration fee for members/invited guests includes: access to the technical sessions, printed materials (excluding the CIRP Annals), lunches and coffee breaks, social events (Part 1 + 2 or part 1 only) as specified in the program. Registration fee for accompanying persons includes the participation to the accompanying persons’ program and to social events (Part 1 + 2 or part 1 only) as specified in the program. Registrations will not be processed without payment. The registration fee is determined by the date the payment is made, not the date of registration. Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organizers of the conference do not provide insurance and do not take responsibility for any loss, accident or illness that might occur during the conference or in the course of travel to or from the meeting site. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the participants to check their coverage with their insurance provider.
